Business Assistance Centers
Centers are operated by community based organizations and/or local colleges and universities, and are funded by Industrial and Commercial Development (ICD). Assistance is provided through a combination of in-house counselors, school faculty and private business professionals.

The California Trade and Commerce Agency's Economic Development Division's programs assist in-state expansion of existing companies while nurturing the growth of emerging industries and small business.   Business guides, entrepreneurial guides, and other resources are available.
